I’ve been trying to dive into Resident Evil 8, but I can’t stand the factory segment. It feels like a total nightmare with all the backtracking and complex layers. As someone with ADHD, this layout just doesn’t work for me, and it’s turned my gameplay into a hassle rather than fun. I managed to get the ball and key mold, but the door it opened only led to some loot, and now I’m stuck again. I want to love this game because I know it’s good, but maybe watching someone else finish it on YouTube would be better so I can just jump into the DLC and wrap it up. Am I the only one feeling this way?

Yeah, that classic RE map design can be tricky! The factory has a lot of twists, but you’re close to figuring it out. Just take the elevator to the top floor and you’ll find the way forward. Keep an eye out for hidden gems—they can be annoying!
Take that big elevator back up to the first floor and use your key on the door up there. You’ll progress from there.
The factory is the only section that feels like a true classic RE experience. It might feel tough, but it’s meant to challenge you!
Yeah, a lot of players have mixed feelings about it. Don’t stress too much about it!
You got this! Just remember to activate the elevator on each floor to make it easier to navigate. Once you mold that key, just backtrack a bit, and you’ll have a mini boss fight before you wrap things up! It’s frustrating at first, but it gets easier once you learn the layout. Good luck!
Honestly, the factory section is pretty divisive among players. If you’re feeling stuck, just know you’re almost done! If you want clear directions, I can help you out.
Some parts can definitely feel harder than others depending on your playstyle, but it sounds like you’re handling the gunplay just fine!
