Hey everyone, I’m eyeing the Asus ROG G16 (2023) which Best Buy has listed for $1079.99. It features a 4070 graphics card, and I’m wondering if that’s a good price. Should I go for it?

I wouldn’t say it’s a great deal. For that price, you could snag a Lenovo with a 4070, upgradeable RAM, and a better screen quality like 1440p or 1600p. The G16 only has a 1080p screen, non-upgradable RAM, and lacks the mini LED panel, so keep that in mind.
I actually think it’s a solid deal for this laptop. Considering the specs, especially with the 4070, you’re getting good performance for gaming at that price.
