I’m building a new gaming PC, but I’m a bit anxious about my choices. Will the 7 7700x processor bottleneck the performance of the 9070 graphics card? I really want to make sure I’m not making a huge mistake with these components.

There’s always going to be some kind of bottleneck, but it rarely affects your gameplay unless you have really old hardware. A decent CPU with a high-end GPU like the 9070 should perform just fine together. Remember, balance is key—but you’re good to go with what you have!
Nope, the 7700x won’t bottleneck the 9070. I actually run a 7700x with a 4090 and it works perfectly fine. You might get a little more performance if you upgrade, but honestly, it’s not a big deal for my gaming needs.
At first, I thought you meant the i7 7700, and I was going to say it could cause issues. But with the 7700x, you should be all set! Just keep in mind that in gaming, it’s rare to see major bottlenecking unless your CPU is really outdated.
