I was playing a game on my Steam Deck and put it into suspend mode by just tapping the power button. When I came back about an hour later, it wouldn’t turn on. I’ve tried holding down the power button for over 15 seconds with no luck, even after fully charging it. I attempted to get into the BIOS by holding the volume up button and the power button together, but all that happens is the fans kick in, and the screen stays blank. Is there anything else I can do, or do I need to send it back to Valve? This is the second time I’ve had issues; the battery died the first time. Thanks!

That sounds frustrating! Mine had a similar issue recently. I managed to fix it by switching to the official Steam Deck charger; the lower-powered one I was using didn’t work. When you try to charge, make sure to watch for the light; it should flash green after about 10 seconds, indicating it’s ready to go. Let me know if that helps!
Appreciate the tip! I’ll give that a shot.
