I just bought a new PS5 Slim, and I’ve been experiencing crashes with the error code CE-108262-9. This mostly happens when I quickly browse through PS Plus and the PS Store, and when I try to launch God of War: Ragnarok afterwards, the system crashes completely. I have to restart it using the button on the console. Should I be worried about this issue?

If you keep having crashes, try deleting and reinstalling the game that’s causing issues. It might just need a fresh install to fix the problem.
I had a similar problem with my PS5. After some troubleshooting, I found that the only thing that worked was wiping the whole system. I tried uninstalling games and rebuilding the database, but it just kept crashing. Eventually, I had to go into safe mode and do a full reset. Since then, it’s worked great! The downside was having to re-download everything.
Honestly, I think the PS5 Pro is a better pick if you can find one. It has better cooling and graphics systems. Just a thought while you deal with this issue!
