I just got my new Asus Prime 5060 Ti 16GB OC edition, and I’m having major issues. When I play Red Dead Redemption 2, the game crashes completely within 10 minutes, and I’ve also had trouble with Far Cry 4. Is this normal for a new GPU? Is it possible that Nvidia hasn’t had enough time to sort out the drivers? By the way, I’m running the games at 1440p.

It could be a few different issues at play here. It might be related to the drivers, your power supply unit, or even the games themselves. Are the crashes just happening in those specific games, or does your whole PC crash? You might want to run some benchmarks or try different games to see if the crashes persist.

It’s just the game that crashes, not my whole PC. Last time it happened, my GPU and CPU were only at 60% usage, and the temps were perfectly fine. I really don’t think it’s the PSU, since my previous GPU worked fine with my 600W setup.
