I’m looking at buying a gaming PC from a friend, and it comes with a GTX 1650 graphics card, a Ryzen 5 1600 processor, 16 GB of RAM, and a 1 TB SSD. He’s asking for €280, and I’m wondering if this is a fair deal considering the performance of these components. What do you think?

€280 is a bit high, especially for a GTX 1650, which doesn’t offer much nowadays. It’s not terrible, but I wouldn’t say it’s a good deal either.
Honestly, €280 seems a bit steep for that setup. You could probably build something better for around the same price, especially since the GTX 1650 is getting pretty outdated. It might handle some older games, but don’t expect it to run modern AAA titles smoothly.
If you can find a Ryzen 3600 or 4500 to swap in, that could improve things. The Ryzen 1600 is decent but might limit performance, especially if you’re looking to run newer games.
Exactly! I’ve got a separate PC for casual gaming, and for AAA titles, I just use my PS5. This setup just isn’t ideal for the latest games.
