I’ve been on a quest for those elusive skeleton horses in my Minecraft Bedrock world, but thunderstorms seem to be non-existent for me. I prefer not to rely on cheats as it doesn’t feel right to me. Does anyone know of any ways, tweaks, or features within Bedrock itself to encourage thunderstorms to occur? Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

You’re kinda stuck with RNG on this one, at least in the vanilla Bedrock Edition. Thunderstorms are random and there’s no built-in method to force them to happen. If you were on Java Edition, tools like Vanilla Tweaks would be worth a look as they have some quality-of-life features like this. For Bedrock, you’ll mostly have to be patient unless you come across a legitimate addon.
Unfortunately, in vanilla Minecraft, especially in the Bedrock Edition, there’s no direct method for players to make thunderstorms occur. It’s mostly based on luck when it comes to generating such weather. Although in older versions, some players managed RNG manipulation, that’s not an option nowadays. I would recommend keeping an eye out for any community-developed addons or mods for Bedrock that might offer you a solution, although they can be rare for Bedrock.
