I really wanted to buy the Radiant Remedy bundle but missed out because I didn’t have the money at the time. Now I’m wondering if I can contact Bethesda support and request the bundle afterward. Is there any chance they might grant that, or are such requests usually denied since the bundle might not be available anymore?

From what I’ve seen, the Radiant Remedy bundle isn’t listed on Bethesda’s support or Atomic Shop request pages right now. So officially, you can’t request it for purchase through support since it’s not on the approved list of items they can grant or sell after the fact.
Basically, Bethesda only lets you request items that are on a specific approved list when you contact customer support. Since Radiant Remedy was a pretty recent addition, it probably hasn’t made it onto that list yet. That means it’s unlikely you’ll be able to get it just by asking support.
You can always try to ask Bethesda support, but bear in mind that if the item isn’t on the pre-approved request list, the system just rejects it automatically. So hoping for it might not be worth the time, but hey, worst case you get a no!
Yeah, that’s what I was worried about. Thanks for the info everyone! Guess I’ll just keep an eye out for when it comes back to the shop rather than hoping for a special chance through support.
