Hey everyone! I’ve been a Diablo player since the very beginning, but I’ve never made it past level 10 with a hardcore character in any of the games. Until now, I’ve mostly played solo and didn’t really engage with the Diablo community. Now that I’m all in for Diablo 4, I’ve joined a clan, participated in every season, and even maxed out some characters. I’m eager to dive into Hardcore mode, but I’m a bit anxious about how difficult it might be. I know I’m not a rookie, but I’m not a top-tier player either. I’d love to hear any tips, tricks, or advice on what to expect and how to survive!

Hardcore can be tough, but it’s really about being cautious. If you keep your armor over 1000 and resistances around 70, you’re off to a good start. Always have about 1250 armor and 95 resistances before tackling harder areas. When you jump into new zones, be careful and avoid going AFK unless you’re in town. Taking a direct portal into combat zones can be risky—sometimes, the game lags, and that could get you killed!
AFK is definitely something to watch out for! I’d be so nervous about that.
