I just hatched a 3-star Female Salandit and I’m around 2.75 million XP away from level 39. I have plenty of candy to evolve it, but honestly, the more I explore this subreddit, the more confused I feel about what I should be doing in the game. If I evolve it now, it would have a CP of 1401. Is there any real significance to evolving it?

Honestly, if you’re evolving it just for completion’s sake, that’s all it’s really good for. Females can be hard to come by since most of the Salandits are male, and they don’t really shine in battles. But hey, every Pokémon adds more variety to your collection!
Female Salandit is special because it’s the only gender that can evolve into Salazzle. Males can’t evolve at all, so if you got a female, you should definitely consider evolving it!
Just go ahead and evolve it! It’s a cool addition to your Pokédex, and since it can turn into Salazzle, it’s definitely worth it for the collection. Plus, having a variety of Pokémon is always fun!
Absolutely! And don’t forget to grab those nice CP boosts once you evolve!
