I’m curious if Dave the Diver is the perfect game to unwind with after playing something immersive like Ghost of Tsushima, God of War, or Red Dead Redemption 2. I found myself going back to it for some light-hearted fun. Are there any other games in the PS catalog that you think help ease the transition before diving into another lengthy adventure?

I’d say it’s quite chill as long as you approach it with the right mindset. If you’re just diving around and taking it easy, it can be very relaxing. But if you’re rushing to level up, it might feel hectic! It’s the same with those massive open world games like GoT and RDR2—you can choose to just relax or dive into the chaos!
I’m not so sure it’s as chill as people say. I mean, you have fish trying to kill you down there! Plus, if you’re focusing on the story, it can feel pretty intense.
Dredge also strikes me as a chill game, even if it gets a bit spooky.
Yeah, for the most part! But the calendar and events they added kinda broke that relaxed flow for me.
I found Dredge to be pretty chill too, even though it has some eerie parts.
Honestly, I think it’s a pretty boring game. But hey, to each their own!
Absolutely! Dave the Diver is fantastic for relaxing. I got really into it, but I did stop playing after finishing the story. If you enjoy that vibe, I’d also recommend Powerwash Simulator. It’s perfect to play while having a podcast on in the background!
Exactly, Powerwash Simulator is the way to go for chilling out!
It’s definitely a chill game for some. I found it to be a fun platinum too. Stardew Valley is another classic for relaxation, in my opinion!
I get that! The underwater vibes can feel a bit creepy sometimes, but I can see why people find it relaxing.
For a quick chill break, I still love playing Rocket League! It’s exciting, but matches are short so it’s easy to unwind after a long story game. Racing games like Need for Speed Hot Pursuit work well too!
I totally agree! Powerwash Simulator is such a chill experience. I also tried Lawnmowing Simulator, but it just didn’t hit the same level of relaxation.
