I’ve been noticing a lot of discussions popping up after the two GTA 6 trailers were released. Everyone seems to be analyzing every little detail of the videos, which I totally get since Rockstar mentioned it’s actual in-game cutscenes and gameplay. However, I feel like the first trailer doesn’t compare to the second one at all – the textures and visuals look so much better in the second trailer. My concern is that maybe they haven’t made those huge improvements in the game itself and that the second trailer is just a clever way to trick us. What if only the cutscenes look amazing and the actual game doesn’t? Just look at the difference in the faces and cars between the two trailers!

I think you might be underestimating how much can actually be accomplished in a year or two. Rockstar has a massive team and a huge budget, so they’re definitely capable of that level of improvement. Plus, the differences between the trailers aren’t as drastic as you might think. It’s all fairly reasonable given the time and expertise they have. And honestly, why would Rockstar want to mislead anyone? They already have the hype and the cash, they really don’t need to play around with their marketing.
True, maybe I’m just thinking about how long it took them to make the game shown in the first trailer, which was like 8-13 years!
