I just picked up the game on my PS5, but I’m struggling to connect to the internet. Every time I try, it just won’t work! It’s frustrating because my internet connection is solid everywhere else. I can’t be the only one having this problem, right? I’ve searched everywhere but can’t find anyone else talking about it. Am I going insane here?

I’ve faced the same exact issue with Diablo 4! I found that switching from WiFi to an Ethernet connection helped me get back online. Might be worth giving that a try!
I’m on PC and the game’s connection is pretty bad for me, while other games work just fine. Seems like there’s definitely something funky going on with the game’s servers.
Have you tried logging out of your Microsoft account, closing the game, and logging back in? That fixed some connection hiccups for me before!
You’re definitely not the only one! I’ve been having trouble on my Xbox One too. I can’t even get into the main menu or join a server since Saturday. Still searching for a fix myself, and it’s really frustrating!
