Is $200 a Good Deal for a PC with an i5 8400 and 980 Ti?

-

I’m not an avid gamer but I’m on a budget of around $200. There’s a deal for a PC that has an i5 8400 and a 980 Ti, built in 2019. Do you think this is a good price or should I keep looking?

You might want to think about the power supply (PSU) too. If the PSU is reliable, that’s a great start for any future upgrades. Since it’s from a store, it’s probably in good condition. Just don’t go for an off-brand PSU.

Yeah, checking the PSU is definitely on my list. I don’t want to end up with something cheap and unreliable!

Honestly, $200 for that setup sounds pretty solid. The i5 8400 is a decent processor and the 980 Ti can still handle older games quite well. If you’re not gaming very seriously, it should do you fine! Just make sure you check it out in person first.
