I have recovered the Krogen in a tube and the quest objective is saying to decide whether I open the tube or not. I want to open it but I don’t know how. The journal does not say where he is. It just has an objective called “Activate the Krogan” under the Dr. Okeer’s Legacy quest. Where can I find the Krogen?

If you go to the lift/elevator, which is right behind the star map. Go down to Deck 4. Engineering. As you leave the lift, turn left and head to the cargo bay room. You will find the Krogen in here
