Cant figure out how to open the jewelry box with the 4cm indentation. I dont have any items that fit this description and Im struggling to even think of anythnig that would based on the things in the mansion so far

This requires the red gem stone from the trophy room. The puzzle in this room is ok, just make the hawk look the other direction and sneak underneath to climb up and take the red stone out of the eye of the stuffed head. Insert it into the box and it will unlock for you.
