How to Handle Darkness in the Early Stages of Fallout London

-

When you first start Fallout London, you will find that a lot of the areas are quite dark. There’s no real way to illuminate them. I’ve checked the settings menu, and it doesn’t appear as though there’s any brightness slider to make the dark areas more visible. So I’m not really sure what there is to do to make this possible. There’s no torch yet, I don’t have a Pip-Boy. What am I supposed to do to navigate the dark?

Unfortunately, you just have to push through the opening area. There are a couple of particularly tricky spots because you can’t see where you’re going, but keep moving forward; you’ll eventually pick up the Attaboy, which is the Pip-Boy equivalent in this game. This device comes with an incredibly bright torch that will light up all dark areas moving forward. Just get through the initial dark sections, and you’ll be fine.
