In the main entrance of Lab X I see the reception with red lasers to either size. How do you get past these?

If you look above the laser walls you will see some lights. If you go back a bit you will be able to climb up on top of the lights and use this to hop over the laser walls.
Once inside you use the electrokraftwerk to get into the reception room and you can hop up onto the red computer to get past the second set of laser walls.
