For the sunken funds quest there is an objective to find a way into the boar house. The door is locked and the little window above on the roof is too small to get inside. What am I missing here, how do you get inside?

You need to jump into the water and swim around to the other side. There is a large entrance that allows boats to drive inside. Use this as a means to get inside of the boathouse and complete the quest
