How to fill the party meter at the beach?

I have turned on the lights and the smoke but there two things left to do to fill the party meter and I can’t find what they are.

The speakers are the two things you are missing. You will need to rotate the camera a bit to find it. There will be cables with plugs coming from the speakers. Grab them and connect then to the generator and it will activate them and give you a point towards the fun of the party.
