When you’re up against a ranged top like Quinn, consider running Second Wind and Revitalize for sustain, and start with a Doran’s Shield. Swiftness Boots can help you chase her down more effectively. Build Stridebreaker into Phantom Dancer so you can stick on her. Play safe until you reach level 6; just farm and ask your jungler for a gank if Quinn pushes the wave too far. Once you hit level 6, go for an all-in—use your Q, then E her, and W if she bursts you. Ignite can help secure the kill before you finish with your R!
If you see a ranged top laner and you’re one of the last picks, definitely go for Xin Zhao! Start with Doran’s Shield and aim for Plated Steelcaps. Xin has the tools to dive onto ranged champs and can really punish them. Just keep in mind that Quinn is tricky—her E can counter some of your moves, but if you play smart, you can outplay her.
