I accidentally bought expansions on the wrong account because the emails are so similar that I didn’t catch it. I submitted a support ticket, but it’s been over a day with no response. What platform did you purchase from? If you’re using an independent launcher and got a code that you haven’t applied yet, you’re fine—just apply it to the right account. If you haven’t used any paid features, you can buy a copy for the right account while waiting for your refund on the first purchase.
It really depends on demand. Usually, during sales when ticket volume spikes, it can take a lot longer for them to respond.
The fastest response I’ve seen was just a couple of hours, but it can take a few days during busy times. With the recent major patch launch, they probably have a huge queue to get through right now.
