I’m curious about how the Great Vault functions in relation to the heroic raid bosses. Do I have to take down specific bosses to get certain items in the Vault, or does it just randomly select loot regardless of which heroic bosses I’ve defeated?

Only the bosses you’ve defeated will show loot in your vault. So if you beat Gallywix on week 1 and not on week 4, his items could still appear in the vault later on. But if you’ve never downed him, you won’t see any of his loot.
