I’ve been told that my video card might be bottlenecking due to low VRAM, and my power supply seems a bit cheap. Should I consider upgrading either of these, or do you think they’ll work fine?

Honestly, if you can afford it, upgrading to a 7800 XT would definitely give you a nice boost in performance. But your current PSU is okay in my opinion, as long as it’s a legit brand. Just keep in mind to disable Armoury Crate in the BIOS before you install anything. Your other components look solid!
Agreeing with EpicPixel88 here! If you planned on further upgrading in the future, the 7800 XT would be a solid investment. But for your current needs, I think your PSU will hold up well. Just ensure it’s a good brand!
