It’s all about the grappling hook! I remember using it during the prologue when sneaking through a building. If you see any hanging objects or hook points, that’s your cue to use it.
To pull off that jump, you need to find specific hook points in the environment. These are usually found in certain interiors and will prompt you to use your grappling hook to ascend into the rafters.
When in areas with elevated ceilings, activate your eagle vision. You’ll see these white spools of rope indicating where you can hook yourself to get to the rafters.
