My sheild recharged fully and there are no enemies nearby but my health is still low. How do you recharge your health? The only way I ever get it back is when I die and someone revives me.

When you kill some enemies they can drop little red things. It’s weird that they are red instead of the universal green color for health packs. Pick up these red orbs and they will heal you a small amount. Most enemies drop them when you are low on health so they are common enough.
