I have gotten to the train area marked on the map for the “Trade Secrets” quest. I have destroyed all of the eyebots, mr.gutsy robots and even the sentrybot. I have looted all of the eyebots and none of them contain a sensor module. How are you meant to find it? Is there a specific one in the area that contains it?

This is a bit like the quest where you needed to collect a blood sample from a ghoul. You can get it from any eyebot, you just need to press a different button as it does not appear in the inventory normally.
Kill an eyebot and when looting it you will see a button in the menu below to collect the sensor. See the image below
