I badly need to get the health flask, I keep getting killed and need to heal. How do you get more sin as quickly as possible?

Sin comes from the larger white orbs that are dropped from enemies when you kill them. They don’t always seem to drop through. Sometimes, you will just get iron. There is no way to grind it or anything like that though. You need to kill enemies and need to complete the level then to be able to spend it.
