I am at the wind temple and I see there is a wind mechanism behind a locked door with some moving gears. I am guessing I need to connect the moving side of the gears to the gears on the side of the door that are not moving in order to open it. I havve looked around and I do not see anything in this area. Finding something above might be possible but I do not see how I am going to bring this item down. Any tips here?

If you look up to the beams that are connecting the halls together, you will see there are lots of large icicles hanging from them. Use your bow to shoot an arrow at the icicle down. You can then use the ultrahand to glue the icicle to the moving gear and it will link up with the other side and start moving the gears.
