How Do the SU-100M1 and SU-101 Stack Up Today?

The SU-100M1 still holds its ground pretty well after the nerf. It can dominate matches against lower tiers, even though it’s not as overpowered as it used to be, which is a good thing for game balance. On the other hand, the SU-101 isn’t looking so hot. Its armor seems to just coax players into using gold ammo without actually bouncing it, and its gun isn’t impressive at tier 8. The only standout feature is its 340 HEAT pen, but everything else about it — alpha damage, shell velocity, and accuracy — leaves much to be desired. It’s kinda quick on flat terrain, but don’t expect it to outmaneuver opponents in a brawl.

I can’t say much about the SU-100M1, but I personally never enjoyed the SU-101. The gun depression often got me into trouble, and while it packs a decent gun, the long reload time and poor gun arcs really kill the vibe for me. It might fit someone else’s play style better, though!
