I’m looking for help with Deepscorn Hollow, but I’m not doing the related quest that usually pops up. I’m just trying to figure out how to undo being a vampire. Specifically, where can I find the key to the underwater entrance? I’ve noticed that many videos show people entering without using a key, and I’m playing the original version of the game, so that might be relevant.

In the original Oblivion, when you exit the sewer, you’ll get a letter and a key added to your inventory once the quest for Deepscorn activates. So, make sure you’re at the right spot in the game to trigger that.
