In the Resident Evil: Apocalypse movie, there’s a scene where Angela Ashford is discovered hiding in Raccoon City Junior School by Jill Valentine. Given all the zombies around, especially after one of the other characters, Terry, gets attacked, how exactly did Angela manage to stay hidden from the undead? What went down there?

Great point! Remember how the reporter was stumbling around with her camera? She was making so much noise, that it was no wonder the zombies caught on. Angela, on the other hand, was smarter and knew where to hide. Those zombie kids never seemed to track anybody by smell, so it was more about keeping quiet and knowing where the danger was.
Honestly, some of it just comes down to plot armor. But if we’re being serious, Angela seemed to know the school pretty well. She warned Jill to keep quiet to avoid the zombie kids, so she probably had an idea of where the zombies were roaming and which places to avoid. It’s more about her knowledge of the layout and staying stealthy while the reporter was clumsy and loud, attracting all the wrong attention.
Exactly! It’s kind of like how Sherry was in the original games, using the environment to her advantage. But I don’t think Angela ever hiding in vents like Sherry did. She just stuck to her hiding spots and took her time.
