I’m trying to get my Roblox account back (Royaluser223) and need to submit purchase receipts as evidence. However, I’m having a tough time since my account isn’t linked to any email or phone. I want to know the right way to include the purchase proof in a support ticket. Is there a specific number I should include? I recently updated this on May 16, 2025, after attempting to contact Roblox through their website, but I got no help since the AI response was not useful. I’m really hoping to recover my account soon.

You should send a clear screenshot of the receipt without any blurring or censoring. When you attach it to your support ticket, include details like your full name used for payment, your billing email, the dates and amounts of the transactions, and the payment method used.
