How Can I See My Total Genshin Impact Playtime on PS4?

I’ve been really diving into Genshin Impact on both my PS4 and PS5, clocking over 1000 hours on the PS4. However, I noticed that the PlayStation app is only showing me around 100 hours for the PS5 version. Is there a way to view my playtime from the PS4 in the app? I’m a bit confused about how it all works with the different versions being treated separately.

It looks like the PS App only tracks your three most recently played games. Since the PS4 and PS5 versions of Genshin Impact are considered separate titles, you might need to actually start up the PS4 version for it to register in your app. Otherwise, it won’t show that playtime.

I tried that too, but even after playing on my PS4, the app still didn’t show any of the PS4 playtime. It only reflects what’s registered for the PS5. Seems like a bit of a glitch with how they’re tracking it.
