Hey everyone! I’m currently navigating the creche and feeling like Kith’rak Therezzyn is just a product of her environment, so I’m really interested in finding ways to spare her. What are some of the best strategies or methods you’ve discovered for handling her quest line? Thanks in advance!

If you want to keep things non-lethal, you can fight her but just knock her out instead. Plus, her sword is pretty great if you’re planning to use Lae’zel!
One effective way is to take the path through the Astral Plane. Defeat the Inquisitor, then exit into the hidden chamber where you’ll find the Blood of Lathander. It’s a safe area to fast travel back to camp or the Mountain Pass, which prevents you from having to confront the Kith’rak and her wolves again. Going back through the main entrance will trigger a fight, so this method is much smoother!
You could argue if you want to spare her—sure, but you could also wipe out the entire creche. That might be a more sensible approach if you don’t want to play nice with githyanki.
A bit of a warning—when using the Blood of Lathander route, I ran into a glitch that prevented me from long resting after fast traveling mid-dungeon. It might just be a bug related to that waypoint, so I’d recommend doing a long rest right after to ensure everything works smoothly. Just a heads-up!
Honestly, she and her crew slaughtered the monks and priests living there. While I might spare githyanki that aren’t aware of Vlaakith—like the ones you meet in Act III—I have no sympathy for her crew. Sometimes, justice needs to be served, you know?
