I’m looking for a way to completely remove certain texture or resource packs from my list in Minecraft. I’ve already deleted the files, but they still show up in the game. I know I could just ignore them, but it’s pretty annoying to see them there all the time. I’m using Java version 1.21.4. Thanks for any help!

What launcher are you using? If it’s the official one from the Microsoft Store and you’re using the standard .minecraft folder, that might affect how packs are managed. Let me know!
You might need to double-check if those packs are stored in a different game directory. Sometimes they don’t get fully removed even after deleting the files. It’s a little annoying, but it happens occasionally.
If you’re using Lunar Client, there’s a feature that lets you hide packs from other versions. It sounds like that could solve your issue! But if you’re sticking with the regular launcher, I can’t confirm if that option exists there.
