Hey everyone, I’m in a bit of a pickle here! Today, I tried logging into my Roblox account, but no luck. I attempted to reset my password using two different emails I have associated with the account, but still no success. I checked with my sister, and saw that my account is online, but the display name and avatar have been changed! This account means a lot to me, and I’m stumped on how to reach Roblox and provide them with the evidence they need to verify my situation. Every time I start a chat with support, it disconnects before I can explain or show anything. Any advice on how to handle this?

Do you still need assistance? I’m not sure why the support chat keeps ending before you can provide evidence. Maybe try a different browser or a new device to see if that helps stabilize the chat. Sometimes tech glitches can be the worst!
Hey, I totally feel your pain. This happened to me too. My best advice is to head over to the Roblox Help page and look for the section about hacked accounts. Usually, you can chat with a support rep there. They’ll ask for some details, like your account username, and then once they verify, they’ll help you regain access. Hang in there, it’s stressful but definitely fixable!
