Hey all, I recently had my Roblox account ‘zioxibot07’ hacked and have been locked out ever since. I’ve contacted Roblox Support multiple times and provided lots of info like my exact username, the device I play on (iPhone), recent and favorite games I played, friends I frequently play with, names of suspected hackers, and even a screenshot from just before the hack occurred. Despite all this, support keeps telling me they can’t verify ownership and advise me to just create a new account. I’ve put tons of time and effort into this account and really want to get it back. Has anyone else gone through this or know how I could get Roblox Support to take another look or escalate my case? Any tips would be super appreciated!

To add to what others said, if you had any transactions or memberships, the email receipts or the card info you used for payment can serve as solid proof. Without those, unfortunately, Roblox’s support team gets overwhelmed and tends to direct you to start over. It’s frustrating but consider securing your new account better with linked emails, 2FA, and strong passwords to avoid it happening again.

Details like your friends list or last games played often aren’t enough to convince them. If you didn’t have your email or phone linked before the hack, it gets tricky. I’d recommend double-checking if you have any purchase records or order emails tied to your account, as those can sometimes help.
I feel you, that sucks big time. Sometimes you can try to escalate by reaching out via multiple support channels or tweeting at Roblox Support if they have social media. Also, sharing any in-game screenshots or videos might create some leverage if you can prove to be the original owner visually. But honestly, if their system flags you as unverified, it can be a dead end unless you have their exact verification info like emails or linked numbers.
Yeah, I didn’t have purchases or payment info linked, which really limits what proof I can give them. Just wish there was more they’d accept besides that.
