I created my first Roblox account on July 8, 2020, during the pandemic, and it holds a lot of memories for me and my cousin. We played together until April 12, 2022, when I was suddenly logged out. I found out a ‘friend’ had hacked my account, and despite contacting Roblox support over 80 times, I haven’t received any help. I’m feeling really down about it since I treasure that account and all the fun memories we made. Is there any way anyone here can help me recover it?

It’s really sad to lose an account with so many memories attached. While it sounds like you’ve done everything you can with support, have you considered any social media avenues to get their attention? Sometimes posting about your situation can help escalate it.
Did you buy Robux on that account? If you did, gathering proof of any purchases might strengthen your case with support. If you only used gift cards, maybe check if you have the transaction details handy.
Unfortunately, if Roblox support isn’t helping, it might be tough to recover the account. Have you tried reaching out to them again with detailed information about your situation? Sometimes persistence can pay off. Also, if you’ve spent money on that account, definitely mention that in your communications with them.
