I’ve been dealing with some serious health issues and was out of the country for treatment that isn’t available in the US. While I was away, someone managed to hack my Roblox account and steal my limited items and Robux. I noticed my account was logged in from Germany, but I wasn’t there. It took me a while to realize my items were gone, and by then, Roblox’s 30-day rollback policy had passed. Despite being a dedicated player for over a decade, and facing a medical crisis, support has been useless. I recently managed to earn enough in ‘Please Donate’ for a Sinister Fedora, but that was stolen too, along with thousands in Robux. I feel completely let down by Roblox. Is there anything I can do to recover my lost items and Robux?

I totally get your frustration with Roblox’s support. They’re notorious for being unhelpful, and it’s a shame. You might want to try posting on their official forums or social media. Sometimes public pressure can get their attention. And you’re right, they should offer better help, especially to long-time players.
Roblox customer service has a really bad reputation, and I’ve heard of similar stories. One thing that might help is gathering all the proof of your ownership of the items and any logs you have about the hack, then escalating the issue. They might ignore regular inquiries but responding to a clearly outlined issue with proof could make a difference.
It really sucks what happened to you, but honestly, you should have had better security on your account. Things like two-factor authentication can really help prevent hacks. I get that you’re going through a lot, but making your account secure is super important. Have you tried reaching out to support again with all the evidence? Sometimes persistence pays off.
