Hey everyone! I’m trying to figure out how to record my gameplay on the Switch Lite. As far as I know, the built-in recording feature isn’t very reliable or consistent. So I’m wondering, how do you all record your playthroughs? Is there a method or gear you guys use?

Honestly, if you’re looking to record gameplay, your options are pretty limited with the Switch Lite. You might want to consider getting a mod that allows a capture card, but if that’s not feasible, you could simply use your phone or a camera to capture your gameplay. The built-in capture button is an option too, but keep in mind it only records short clips, so you’d have to combine those later which can be a hassle.
If you’re really keen on recording on the Lite, I’d suggest trying to get a regular Switch and a capture card. It’ll be more straightforward in the long run than trying to rig up a Lite, but I get it—sometimes you just gotta work with what you have. Good luck figuring it out!
