I was gaming with my brother last night, and we ran into a problem. He couldn’t figure out how to ping using his keyboard. I’m used to playing with my Switch controller and using the d-pad down to ping, but we couldn’t find the keyboard equivalent. We also didn’t see any key mapping option for this. Is there a hidden way to do it?

I usually bind my ping action to a mouse button. It’s super handy since I mostly play solo and forget the key mappings.
The ping key is usually set to T on the keyboard! Give that a try and see if it works for you guys.
If you can’t find it, remember you can often rebind controls in the settings. I switched mine to F1 for easy access. Makes it so much quicker to ping!
I know some players have extra buttons on their mice for this. It might help if you use a mouse with extra buttons to set up pings.
