I’ve been playing Kingdom Come: Deliverance for over 400 hours and I’ve completed two playthroughs. The last one was on hardcore with all perks, and now I feel like the challenge is gone. I’m planning to impose some limitations on my next run to spice things up. What rules or restrictions have you guys used to make the game tougher?

As a newcomer, I’m noticing that master striking seems to make the game too easy. Can you actually still enjoy the game while spamming master strikes?
Here are some restrictions I’m considering: no using perk points, no poison on weapons, maintaining my weight limit, no alchemy, and even removing master strikes with mods! The idea is to make combat as tough as possible, where a single bandit fight could be a real challenge.
I’m on my third playthrough using “Honest Henry” rules: no stealing, no looting, and making money through honest means like selling potions or blacksmithing. It really makes the economy feel relevant and adds an interesting twist to the narrative.
Yeah, it’s playable! But you definitely need to stay agile and aware when facing multiple enemies. Keep your weapon and armor in good shape too.
