Hey everyone! I’ve been playing ARAM for about 1600 games since last year and I’ve recently started trying out Summoner’s Rift (SR) and ranked games. I get that I’m not as experienced as a lot of players out there, and I really want to learn more about the game. However, every time I ask for help or advice, it seems to irritate some players—especially those with big egos. I’ve found that playing support and observing how others play helps a bit, but I feel like there must be better ways to learn without annoying others. Any tips?

I personally enjoy Rekkles’ streams because he explains his thought process while playing, which can be super beneficial for learning strategic plays. Just remember that practice makes perfect! The community can be pretty rough sometimes, but don’t let it get to you. Just focus on your game and consider muting any flamers you come across. It’ll help you enjoy the game more and keep a positive mindset while you learn.
I’d suggest playing with chat disabled to make your experience smoother. The pinging system is great for communication without getting into those toxic chat moments. Plus, you can focus more on improving your gameplay rather than dealing with negativity. Trust me, your game will feel a lot better!
