I’m having a tough time with this VNG service, and it’s really frustrating me. I have about $50 in credit that I can’t redeem, and I need some advice on how to deal with this situation. Can anyone help?

Unfortunately, it’s pretty difficult to do anything about VNG. It’s a version of Roblox that’s tailored for the Vietnamese market due to local laws. Your best bet is to reach out to Roblox support and see if they’ll help you out. Fingers crossed they respond favorably!
It seems like if you’re in Vietnam, you’re out of luck with this one. But since you’re actually in Australia, that might complicate things further. Definitely give Roblox support a shout and explain your situation.
