I’ve noticed that for some Valve games like Half-Life, Portal, and their sequels, I can’t find a way to delete my old save files on my Steam Deck. Even if I remove them from my PC, they still show up on the Deck. Is there any way to get rid of these saves? Any help would be appreciated!

It sounds like your save files are being synced to the Steam cloud. If you want to clear them out, you can turn off Steam cloud synchronization and then delete your local saves. Just keep in mind that if something goes wrong with your saves on your PC, you could lose everything!
Are you trying to delete the files in-game or through a file browser? Sometimes the options in the game might not work as expected, so using a file browser could be the better way to go.
I’m attempting to delete them directly in the game.
But shouldn’t the deletes sync between devices?
