I’m diving into building my first PC (I know, a little backwards since I got a Steam Deck first), and I need some assistance in setting up Windows 11 on a bootable USB drive using my Steam Deck. I’m struggling to get the Media Creation Tool running, and tools like Rufus and Ventoy can’t seem to recognize my USB drive. Any tech-savvy folks out there who can guide me on how to get this done?

Honestly, if you can, just find a friend or family member who has a Windows PC to help you make the bootable USB. It’ll save you loads of hassle and time—much easier than wrestling with all these tools on the Steam Deck!
Just a heads up, you can actually grab the Windows 11 ISO directly from Microsoft’s site. You don’t necessarily need the Media Creation Tool for that. But yeah, you still need a way to write that ISO to the USB, which might be tricky on the Steam Deck.
