I really need some help accessing my Xbox account. It’s been linked to my mom’s email for 14 years, and we’ve had a falling out so I can’t ask her for help. From what I’ve gathered, the only way to change the email is to delete her entire email account, which I definitely don’t want to do. Is there any other way to change the email to mine without losing all my achievements and game saves?

There’s a chance you can change it, but you’ll need access to the current email account. If it’s through Microsoft (like Outlook or Hotmail), they consider it one account and you can’t just swap out the emails. If you don’t have her login info, it’s basically a solid wall. Have you thought about just creating a new Xbox account?
Unfortunately, there’s no way to change the email if it’s a Microsoft email, because it’s tied to the whole Microsoft account and Xbox account. If it was a Gmail or Yahoo email, you could change it, but with an MS email, you’re pretty much stuck. Maybe starting fresh with a new account is your only option.
