I have a Batocera image on a microSD card for retro gaming, but somehow it’s changed the boot order on my Steam Deck, making it boot into Batocera instead of SteamOS first. My son uses the Deck a lot, and it’s frustrating for him when the battery dies because he’s unable to get back to his games since it keeps rebooting into Batocera. Can anyone help me figure out how to change the boot order back?

To change the boot order, turn off your Steam Deck completely. Then, press and hold the volume up while you press the power button. This should take you into the BIOS/UEFI settings. From there, you can adjust the boot priority to make sure SteamOS boots first instead of Batocera. It’s a pretty straightforward process once you’re in the BIOS.
